People accused of domestic violence will be in a whirlwind of unknowns. What criminal penalties can be used against them if they are convicted? How will their reputation in the community withstand the accusations even if they are never charged with a crime? Are their parental rights at risk as well? There will be many questions and not many clear answers at first.
